Consignment Terms

All consignment relationships are governed by the Tailored Consignment Consignor Agreement, which you receive and sign before we accept items on your behalf. That agreement is the binding contract between us and covers commission, pricing, payment, retrieval, and all other terms of service.

Use of This Website

This website is for informational purposes and to facilitate consignment requests. By using it, you agree not to misuse it, attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use, or submit false information.

Governing Law

Tailored Consignment is a Delaware limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
